Steve Bartlett – Senior Pastor
Steve
is married to Louise and they have two great boys – Joshua & Jordan
and a daughter Kiara. Together they led the planting team that
commenced Bayside. Steve is on staff at Bayside three days per week and
loves it! He also serves as the Director of Church Planting with the
Baptist Churches of NSW & ACT. Steve enjoys music, spending time at
the beach and hearing about everyone else’s overseas travels!
Nicole Garrahy – Breathe Pastor
Nicole is a beach buff at heart, and has become a self- confessed coffee snob since moving to Sydney from Newey in 2000 (go the Knights!). When not hanging out with her neighbours and the Breathe community she loves working with her counselling clients, reading a good book, watching a light and fluffy movie, looking at beautiful scenery or artwork, and sleeping!
She loves people no matter where they have come from, and is passionate about helping Jesus' followers find really practical and meaningful ways to love and serve those who are yet to hear the good news that God is near... whether they be the poor on the other side of the world, the vulnerable across our city, or the people who live right next door!
Amanda Faase – Administration & Communication
Amanda is working in the area of communications for Bayside. When
not busy with study, school and after school activities for her daughter
Amanda enjoys music and the arts and loves a good book.
Louise Bartlett – Children’s Pastor
Louise leads a team of fabulous people at Bayside who want to see
kids grow and develop to be all they can be. She is passionate about
helping parents to raise “spiritual champions” and helping kids discover
Jesus and to make a difference in the world. Louise has been working
with kids since she was a teenager and she still loves it. Married to
Steve her highschool sweetheart and life’s greatest companion. They
have 3 fabulous kids, who she adores. Her favourite therapy is cooking
and she loves trying new foods.
Rachel Li - Youth Pastor 
Rachel serves 2 days a week as youth pastor at Bayside. She has a
passion for serving God, reading, music and people! She gave her life to
Jesus in year 10 and she never looked back. She is serious about fun
and wants to spread the joy and love of God to others. She's game for
sports, boardgames and consoles! What keeps her going? Matthew 6:33!
Mark Falson - Associate Pastor (AM Congregation)
Mark is married to Cassandra and together they’re raising their three, much loved children, Erin, Lachlan and Amy. Mark joined the staff team at Bayside in February 2011 and has oversight for the community life of the AM congregation in areas of connection, integration, discipleship and congregational care. He is passionate about seeing people grow healthily in life, faith and in their God given giftings and potential, for the sake of God’s Kingdom. Mark values spending time with his family, creating holiday memories together, and time with friends. He enjoys playing the guitar and listening to a wide variety of music, playing and watching sport, reading, and seeing things grow in the garden alongside a compulsion to remove weeds wherever he finds them!
