Steve Bartlett – Senior Pastor
Steve is married to Louise and they have two great boys – Joshua & Jordan and a daughter Kiara. Together they led the planting team that commenced Bayside. His background is in investment banking, Steve is on staff at Bayside four days per week and loves it! He is also on faculty part time at Morling College, the Baptist theological college in Sydney, where he serves as the Director of Morling’s School of Church Planting. Steve enjoys music, spending time at the beach and hearing about everyone else’s overseas travels!
Glen Spencer – Pastor (Worship & Discipleship)
A lover of guitars and Mac’s (oh…and his family!), Glen oversees the Sunday morning service and Music Teams at Bayside. In his spare time (lol) he loves to write songs, enjoy good coffee and cheer on the Sydney Swans. Joel Noonan – Youth, Admin & Comms Guy
Joel loves having fun hanging out with young people and growing with them into becoming better followers of Jesus Christ. He works part-time for Bayside , and works part-time as a Radiographer. Joel loves his wife Erica and his three very cute (most of the time) daughters Evie, Tessa & Finlay. In his spare time he likes downloading music, supporting the Mighty Bulldogs, and playing his guitar and drums loudly.
Louise Bartlett – Children’s Pastor
Louise leads a team of fabulous people at Bayside who want to see kids grow and develop to be all they can be. She is passionate about helping parents to raise “spiritual champions” and helping kids discover Jesus and to make a difference in the world. Louise has been working with kids since she was a teenager and she still loves it. Married to Steve her highschool sweetheart and life’s greatest companion. They have 3 fabulous kids, who she adores. Her favourite therapy is cooking and she loves trying new foods.
Nicole Garrahy – Breathe Pastor
Nicole enjoys the beach, good coffee and Greys Anatomy (seriously)! She also loves people and is passionate about helping Jesus' followers find really practical and meaningful ways to love and serve those who are yet to hear the good news that God is near, whether they be the poor on the other side of the world, the vulnerable across our city, or the people who live right next door! Nicole has recently completed Post Graduate studies in Counselling. The joy of her life is working with breathe and supporting the school community at Concord West Public School under the National Chaplaincy program.
