Steve Bartlett – Senior Pastor
Steve is married to Louise and they have two great boys – Joshua & Jordan and a new daughter Kiara. Together they led the planting team that commenced Bayside.  His background is in investment banking,  Steve is on staff at Bayside three days per week and loves it!  He is also on faculty part time at Morling College, the Baptist theological college in Sydney, where he serves as the Director of Morling’s School of Church Planting. Steve enjoys music, spending time at the beach and hearing about everyone else’s overseas travels!

Glen Spencer – Pastor
A lover of guitars and Mac’s (oh…and his family!), Glen oversees the Sunday morning service and Music Teams at Bayside.  He also works with the emerging evening community – breathe.  In his spare time (lol) he loves to write songs, enjoy good coffee and cheer on the Sydney Swans. 

Melanie Crook – Pastor (Admin and Communication)
Mel’s role at Bayside involves the coordination of the administration and communication needs of the church two days per week. She is also involved with organisation of the morning service. Mel has been attending Bayside since 2001 and has recently completed a Bachelor of Ministry at Morling College. She also works at Micah Challenge two days per week. Mel loves a wide range of music, exploring the world around, talking and generally having fun!

Joel Noonan – Youth Guy
Joel loves having fun hanging out with young people and growing with them into becoming better followers of Jesus Christ. He works part-time for Bayside and part-time as a Radiographer at Westmead Hospital. Joel loves his wife Erica and his two very cute (most of the time) daughters Evie and Tessa. In his spare time he likes downloading music, supporting the Mighty Bulldogs, and playing his guitar and drums loudly. 

Louise Bartlett – Children’s Pastor
Louise leads a team of fabulous people at Bayside who want to see kids grow and develop to be all they can be. She is passionate about helping parents to raise “spiritual champions”. Louise has been working with kids as a volunteer since she was a teenager. Twenty years later her passion has grown and her purpose is clear -  to help kids discover Jesus and to make a difference in the world. Louise also enjoys getting involved in music and is on the leadership team of the church. Louise also works part time as a Dietitian at a hospital. Louise is married to Steve her school sweetheart and life’s greatest companion. She has 2 wonderful young boys and a new daughter, who she adores. Her favourite therapy is cooking and she loves trying new foods.   

Nicole Garrahy – Congregational Care Pastor
Nicole enjoys the beach, good coffee and chocolate (preferably taken all at once)! She also loves people and is passionate about seeing individuals move another step forward in their faith and life journeys each day. Growth happens best in community so Nicole is also passionate about seeing the community of God working together to nurture each other and serve the wider community in a variety of ways. Nicole is currently completing Post Graduate studies in Counselling.
